Woods
Various woods are available for construction. Unlike string instruments, the wood does not necessarily affect tone quality. Differing woods are chosen for their hardness, strength, workability, and, of course, beauty. Available woods include various species of oak, maple, cherry, zebra, pine, cypress, etc. The use of recycled woods is encouraged for the customer's sentimental value.

Inlay
Purely decorative, the inlay can give the accordion a handsome, refined, or wild look. Inlays can be wood stacks, celluloids, or various species of shells. Matching celluloid buttons can also be used.
